This hand sanitizer filling line has functions of unscrambling bottles, filling hand sanitizer, capping bottles and labeling bottles automatically. It also suits for packing thick lotion, cream, dish soap, ketchup. The machines can be customized as your need.

 

-Feature

[Filling System] Driven by servo motor, this machine can fill paste accurately. You can just set filling volume to control filling, easy to operate. Filling range and nozzle quantity are customizable.

[Capping System] The capping machine can be widely applied for different bottle caps, like lotion pumps, treatment pumps, disc top caps, twist top caps.

[Labeling System] This labeling machine can be used for single-side or double-side labeling on round and square bottles, like gel bottles, ketchup bottles. It can also be equipped with date coder that can print date automatically.

[PLC Control] The paste filling line is equipped with PLC operation panel, making it easier to set or adjust working parameters. The language of panel can be customized.
