Introduction:
AH/ HH /M series centrifugal slurry pump is mainly used for handling strong abrasive, high density slurry in the metallurgy, mining, coal washery, power plant, building materials and other industries etc.
Structure:
This series of slurry pumps have replaceable wear-resistant metal liners. Its wet parts are with throat bush, impeller,volute liner and frame plate liner insert, which are all made of high Chrome alloy.
Cylindrical structure is used for its bearing assembly, which is easy for adjusting the space between impeller and front liner easily, being removed completely when being repaired. Grease lubricant is applied for bearing lubrication.
It has packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal usually. The discharge side can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.
Here are the drive types, such as V belt drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive, and frequency conversion drive devices. The pumps may be installed in multistage series to meet the delivery of long distance.
Application:
AH/ HH /M pumps mainly applies in handling with the fine ore and tailings in metal mining, coal washery, power plant,chemistry and other industries.
